In Pembroke Pines, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (954) 441-3497. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is store.vioc.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

This is my favorite place for oil changes, inspections, and all the other services they offer. The entire team is honest, friendly, professional, and always keeps the experience fun. They truly are the best in town. A special thank you to the young lady at the front desk—she is by far the kindest, friendliest, and most welcoming person I’ve ever met at any auto service shop. She always goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Five stars all the way! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality car service.

I visited Valvoline on Saturday, June 20 for the first time, And I was greeted by the manager, Jennifer. I Was impressed by the attention that I received from all the employees on site, the time that the entire oil change took, which was super fast. All the employees were very polite, professional, explained everything patiently and thoroughly. There were no lines and the location was like a hidden gem right next to the gas station on the same location as Walmart. I never even knew that location existed there. I want to thank Jennifer for making sure my vehicle was taken care of fully and thank all the employees for their swift and thorough work. I will definitely be returning at my next oil change. I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends.

What really stood out was how customer-focused she was. She even reminded customers to check their emails for any available discounts, which shows that she truly cares about helping people save money while still receiving quality service. That extra level of thoughtfulness makes a big difference. Jennifer is all-around excellent, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and efficient.
